Last Saturday in Pacific Beach

Today we went on a Senior's adventure to Pacific Harbour to a resort called 'The Pearl'...we had lunch there and walked on the beach and then it poured rain...I think I would have gone swimming but these people have been here for several months and thought it was too cold...ah well there will be other times.

Went to church in the Suva 1th Ward yesterday. Wondeful people. This was the first building in Fiji and dedicated by Pres. David O. McKay. The walls are made of choral. The couple with us are the Muirs. He served here as a missionary 50 years ago and is back serving with his wife now. He had wonderful stories to tell of the early years and faith of the saints in the south Pacific. The next pictures are of what I viewed this morning as I ate my breakfast on the deck. Cool pacific breezes and rainbows!!!
